Raw Footage Rule

Send a maximum of 3 minutes of raw video for each 30 to 45 second finished reel. Raw phone rambling is rejected.

The 50% Rule

A 50% deposit opens every bundle. Retainers are paid on the 1st, before files drop.

Single Point of Contact

You assign one decision-maker. Group WhatsApp noise is not permitted.

How are launch packages priced?

Each launch package has a fixed scope and a fixed price in naira or US dollars. A 50% deposit opens the file, and deliveries follow a 48-hour client review protocol.

What do the monthly retainers cover?

Content architecture: an editorial calendar, copywriting, native scheduling and a set number of static, carousel and kinetic pieces each month. Content is approved in 14-day cycles with one consolidation pass for each batch. Customer care and DM handling are excluded.

How much raw video do you need for a reel?

A maximum of 3 minutes of raw video for each 30 to 45 second finished reel. Raw phone rambling is rejected.

Who do we deal with on our side?

One decision-maker. You assign them at the start, and all feedback comes through them. Group WhatsApp threads are not part of the process.

Which currencies do you invoice in?

Naira and US dollars. Prices are shown in the currency that fits your region, and you can switch at any time.

What happens to the Audit Entry fee?

It is credited back if you sign a 3-month retainer within 7 days of the audit.
